I've stayed twice in the
I've stayed twice in the house of Mary and Miguel and on both occasions it was an extraordinary and absolutely delightful experience.
The house is perfectly situated in the heart of Centro Habana, just a few minutes walk from Capitolio, the Old City and the Malecón.
The room was always perfectly clean and the cooking of Mary nothing short of delicious, putting to shame all the restaurants that I have tried in Havana.
The hosts are all very friendly and helpful and the conversations with them were a pleasure every time.
I can only hotly recommend this house.

Mary, Miguel y toda su familia han hecho de nuestro viaje una experiencia que recordaremos siempre. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado. La casa es estupenda y está todo perfectamente limpio y cuidado. La decoración es genial, con vinilos en las paredes, fotos, jarras, vasos y demás objetos de época... se nota que han sido elegidos uno a uno y merece le pena detenerse a mirar con calma.
Algo que ya echamos de menos (y nos fuimos ayer) son los "desayunos para campeones" que prepara Miguel: fruta, jugo, cafe con leche, huevos, tostadas... Todo un festival para empezar bien el día :)
Para nosotras ha sido de lo mejor del viaje.

Definately the best Casa Particular in Havana...
I have felt like being at home, so that I have to keep going to stay there every time I am in Havana...very friendly host , great location, walking minutes from Malecon, and Old havana...if you want to visit Havana this is the place to stay!!!

I love this place. It's such a sweet place! Location is good, it's so near Malecon and it's also close to Old Havana.
Owner of this place, this family is awesome! You have to meet them. They will treat you as family. They're the sweatest people in the world.
And the food is also amazing!
When I go to Cuba again, I will definitely stay here again.
I miss them a lot!
